I've been mixing mine with water rather than light soy milk. it don't taste as good but it's better than the GNC brand by far. They also have some clear liquidy bottles of drink by iso pure. They're not horrible tasting, but they have a wierd texture to them. I'm guessing its the protien in it.

Get some of the fruity flavored vials. There is only like 1/2 cup of liquid for about 48g protien. Mix those puppies in your jello in place of water. works well and it's an extra bit of prot for the day.

Most definitely! My doc recommended two a day.
