today is the first day of my new phase of being a big loser

Well, today is the first day without that awful compression garment after my tummy surgery.  The first day of  the New Year and the first day of the final stage of my journey, staying fit and trim.  Wow, tomorrow the first day back in the gym.  Now, life can get back to normal.

Congrats man! How long did you have to wear the compression garment for anyways?

I wore that compression garment since September 28th.  Now I can hang it up and keep for inspiration.  If i want to get fat again, I got to wear that again.  That was the most painful part of my surgeries.  Both of them.

I did it, I went to the gym this morning.  Did legs, bis and tris.  Do I feel like a weight has been lifted on my back.  I felt really good and enjoyed breaking a sweat.  Now I have too go tommorrow and the next day and keep it up.

Excellent!!!  I really can't wait until I get mine off and it's been less than a week!!!

So how you kept it up now?  Each day is a step forward...keep it up you look magnificent.  I bet the uniform even fits better now.  CONGRATES!!!!
