HUNGRY after exercise.
I've been trying desperately to get back on the exercise wagon after falling completely off after the weather turned cold. Today, it was unseasonably warm, so I went to the park here in town and ran one mile and walked one. I felt like I was alive again! It felt so good to get out get the heart rate up and break a sweat. It makes me really long for spring time, I hate working out indoors.
That being said (and I know this has probably been asked before), I was so incredibly hungry after my run/walk today. It was almost like the old days. I went home, ate an appropriate lunch, and STILL coulndn't quell the hunger that was roaring inside of me. Is there anything I can do go prevent this from happening? What helps you guys if/when this happens to you?
