Although I do not believe this is an appropriate forum to discuss Pr. Warren, I am posting the text below. He did indeed say that. I am also posting a link to a blog on Beliefbet (where the interview originated). You can see he is back-peddling and I also believe clarifying his views. I have a fundamental issue with his interpretation of civil rights and the ability to vote them in and out at will. But, that is another issue...

Here's what he said Beleifnet/WSJ interview:

"WARREN: I'm opposed to having a brother and sister being together and calling that marriage. I'm opposed to an older guy marrying a child and calling that marriage. I'm opposed to one guy having multiple wives and calling that marriage.

BELIEFNET: Do you think those are equivalent to gays getting married?

WARREN: Oh , I do."

When I come on here, and read this bull**** about accepting gays I just shake my head, and hope for evolution to kick in. 

Thanks for posting the link to the GBLT board. I'm just sorry that people are so small minded and immature that it couldn't have gone without a bunch of drama. 

But then, for a group of men so scared of vaginas, I shouldn't have been surprized. 

  Errrr   now wait a min., Gads ..    If evolution ever were to "kick in",, there soon wouldn't BE any more around after awhile ...   unless they develop the ability to procreate on their own around the same time  ..  .Think about it .

I know its important for the straight man to feel irresplaceable, but if y'all fell off the face of the earth, us gays would continue to get the job done.

Appreciate the respect, but the whole idea that the world will cease to stop turning if it's overrun by gays is kinda dumb.

Gays have babies too brother, and not in test tubes either.

Just because someone identifies as gay doesn't mean they'd never touch someone of the opposite gender.

Personally, I could be considered bi because I love me a big ol set of titties.... but I identify as gay because I'm married to a man.

We plan to have biological children as well. The good old fashioned way... or wait, I guess our plan isn't to get a girl so drunk she can't remember our names...
