I'm flying today from LA to Atlanta, but will hit the gym on the way home from the airport. i will probably do the usual, 35 minutes on the treadmill (varying speeds and inclines), 30 minutes on the eliptical, and anywhere from 20 to 35 minutes lifting weights... depends how tired i am after the flight....
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
