Medical I.D. Tags
Well dang, fellow Paul hopefully that apnea will go away soon .. mine did (doc said I had one of the worst cases he had ever seen!) .. Just hang in there! 
One word of warning about the Medicalert bracelets that I have mentioned on TT many times: do NOT get the fancy ones that look like jewelry or are made out of or plated with expensive metals (e.g. platinum, silver, gold, etc.) .. The one thing you don't want to happen while you are incapacitated is some thieving bastid passerby ripping it off while you're laying there .. It happens!
Nor do you want medical personnel to overlook it, thinking it is just design jewelry 
If it's cheap and obviously a medic-alert thing, thieves are going to leave it alone and the medics are going to recognize what it is, so that it can communicate your "needs" to medical personnel when they arrive, like it is designed to do ..
