11 months out - no longer morbid

Just checking in... its been awhile since i've posted anything, have been busy with work and stuff.  Lots more energy with being lighter.  I recently crossed the classification of morbidly obese into just regular obese... BMI 39 vs my original 57.  Still losing every week...

High weight : 401
Current weight : 276
74 Inches lost (neck, chest, stomach, waist, butt, thighs, calves, arms)

1 year check up on March 19th, have to get bloodwork done before...

 

Congratulations and keep up the good work.  Please come back here and join in the threads when you get a chance.  Newbies need fairly new role models who can tell them where they were within the first year of their post-op recovery.
