Hey Guys,

They are showing shapewear for men on the Rachel Ray show today. Just thought that I would throw that out there for any men thinking about shapewear and not knowing that they DO make them for men. They have addressed the issues of men boobs, men's tummys, and the men's booties !! Thought that I would share. There was a definate difference in the men's body's as with ours with shapewear. Thanks Brian.....I was real apprehensive to find this messageboard and post on here. I never have come here....but ya know....there are all kinds of fantastic shapewear for us ladies....but I haven't seen any for men before. But trust me...there was a HUGE difference in the appearances of these men with that shapewear on. Just thought I would share. I know you guys have "issues" the same as us ladies do after massive weight loss. Sometimes PS isn't a option. The guy with the bootie underwear was the BEST !!!! He said that they were very comfortable and had no intentions of taking them off. LOL

Glad I could help. Hope that the shapewear is good....it really looked amazing on these 3 guys that tried it on. I myself wear shapewear and I have had PS. But it really seemed to help these guys with their issues.

I guess that stuff is a sore subject with me .. (but thanks for posting it for the guys interested in it, VP) ..

I think about that stuff the same way when I think about a gal wearing a girdle, "falsies", a wig,, etc. We first see them one way and then they take all that stuff off and .. eowwwww

It's like being dishonest with people or something, IMHO ..

And then there's Ron Lester's nightmare experience he had with his "true love" (so he thought) fleeing out of his bedroom upon seeing him naked for the first time ..

At least this way, "what they see is what they get", since I wear pretty loose clothes and my parts are free to slap & flap around in them ..

(on second thought, maybe that "honesty" is WHY I'm still all alone ..

Paul....trust me....people wear shapewear for various reasons. I wear shapewear....but don't look totally different without it. I wear it to smooth out the skin so that I feel better about myself (although sometimes it would take a miracle for that to happen ) LOL. Hey for some who can't afford PS....shapewear is great.....very comfortable. In fact I feel naked without mine.

Dang, now you got me curious about the stuff, VP ...

Is it hard to take on/off? Does it use some kind of lacings that have to be tied, or Velcro, or just elastic straps? Is it hot to wear in warm weather? does it cause chaffing or sweating?

Paul....I can't answer the questions for the "men's shapewear" LOL but as for what I wear....No it is not hard to get off and on !!!! I wear different types of shapewear. I have some that are like tank tops and some that are like a panty girdle that go up to under my breasts. Neither one use any kind of lacings.....you are thinking of the OLDEN days !!! LOL NO it does not cause chaffing.....as for sweating....it depends on what you are doing. When I go to my exercise classes....yes I do sweat....but I would sweat even without the shapewear. Sometimes it does get a little warm in hotter weather but then sometimes it is just so hot....it doesn't matter if you have shapewear on or not you would still be hot. I do feel like I look better with it. So I wear it. It is lightweight not really heavy or thick so it truely isn't that bad at all.
