An hour and 20 minutes of cardio (Treadmill, Elliptical, and Stairmaster) then 30 minutes of weights (back, shoulders, and biceps).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Stephen, I've heard it's okay to work out when you're sick if you don't have a fever. Supposedly getting out of breath from exercise when you have a fever can damage the heart.

Me? I was tired because I went all day without any exercise, then started karate practice at 7:00 pm. It's almost like I need to do something in the afternoon to peak my energy prior to Karate. Last week it was bike sprints. I should have done them this week before karate.

Yeah, I didn't have a fever just the sore throat, coughing and crap feeling.    I did add weights to my day last night when I took my daughter to Karate.  Worked on legs, chest, back
