Yes, I did. Shoulder was hurting so I figured I'd better not irritate it too much. Did 3 sets of linear leg curls on the floor with a thick stretch band attached to an object and my feet and in between, three sets of four 40 meter sprints in socks on linoleum (form running practice). The linear leg curls are for strength, but also for building awareness of the ankles making a beeline to the butt when running. Perception wise, there should be no pushoff with the feet, no step ahead with the knee. The only focus in addition to good posture and relaxing should be this straight pull to the butt.
Then, I did about 20 minutes of heavy duty scapular retraction exercises as shoulder prehab.
