20 minutes eliptical at 130 heart rate

Lunch Time,

Followed with:   Mindfulness eating tape that helped me slow down, enjoy the food, and then stop when I was satisfied.  Then bolted over to Daily Plate to record.

30 minutes on the elliptical followed by an hour of heavy weights.  Then 20 minutes in the steam room trying to sweat it out....
You're feet will bring you to where your heart is.

Worked chest and triceps with moderate/heavy weights. Walked a mile.

At the gym:
The "circuit" - 9 Nautilus machines
Went over and worked abliques, then did some additional arm curls on a different machine.
20 minutes eliptical
60 minute spin class

I'm a little sore today, but feeling good!
