30 minutes running on the treadmill,  tonight I may join my daughter in her karate class since parents are invited.. IDK

To stay accountable I want to keep adding that I am documenting all my food on daily plate too.  This is helping me a lot already.

Yesterday my grand total (I didn't deduct for excercise) was 1400 calories  88 grams protein, only 10 grams fiber,  134 grams of carbs,  28 grams of sugar, 19 grams of fat

documenting my food kept me more mindful and I was able to stop eating when satisfied and discern when I didn't need to eat that extra snack.  I feel great about yesterday and today so far.

I did a half mile walk at lunch today and then a 2 mile hike right before dinner.

I checked out daily plate after Stephan mentioned it yesterday.  I'm going to try to log my intake over the next couple of weeks to see if that will help break the stall.

ok, so I just dropped off my daughter at class and didn't participate, didn't feel like it.  Does thinking about it count?

Worked biceps with moderate/heavy weights. Walked a mile.

I did 10 miles on the recumbent.  A lot of headwind on the return trip!
