30 minutes running on the treadmill, tonight I may join my daughter in her karate class since parents are invited.. IDK
To stay accountable I want to keep adding that I am documenting all my food on daily plate too. This is helping me a lot already.
Yesterday my grand total (I didn't deduct for excercise) was 1400 calories 88 grams protein, only 10 grams fiber, 134 grams of carbs, 28 grams of sugar, 19 grams of fat
documenting my food kept me more mindful and I was able to stop eating when satisfied and discern when I didn't need to eat that extra snack. I feel great about yesterday and today so far.
