Found this old email...

Last week marked one year since my surgery.  What a year it has been.  Sometimes I look back at the past 53 weeks and kind of "miss" it.  The rapid weight loss, the countless comments, and even the stay in the hospital (well, the good looking nurse I had anyway LOL)  I fould this email while cleaning out my email box and it kind of made me smile.  Just wanted to share it with ya'll.  Here it goes:

 I know right, I so had a hot nurse the first night I was in the hospital...he actually had to adjust my damn catheter because it was irritating my meatus but anyway. I wish I could still lose as quickly now!!! I'm still losing some but w/e. Not as fast. CONGRATS THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I had such a hot concierge for my surgeon in Brazil .. A former lawyer herself turned entrepreneur, she was running her own concierge service for my surgeon, but mainly also for a plastic surgeon he was associated with (so you KNOW she got all kind of surgical job perks) ..   She looked kinda like Cheryl Tiegs ..  had those same, sad "puppy dog" eyes .. (not sure how else to describe them) ..        And was divorced .. 

 I'd love to let her see how I look now and what she thinks ..  Buttttt ..  she apparently fell for an American patient from D.C. who went down there to have his post-op PS, a few months before my WLS  .. some kind of engineer ..   She recently moved there with her two boys and they are married, living happily ever after ..         Oh well, it was a nice dream ..
