Past Halfway Point

Well last week I past my halfway point to goal since surgery!

Lost 110 lbs since the surgery and I have 107 lbs to go to reach my goal.

I hope to reach my goal before the end of the year.  Weight loss is crawling now - lost 14 lbs the last month.

Way to go Dan. That is a great feeling to be on the down side of that mountain.

Dan, you are doing GREAT!  Keep up the good work, just think of it though, when is the last time before surgery that you could say you lost 110 pounds in 5 months (give or take a week or two)?  Keep on doing what you are doing!
