Hey, I know, I know . . . but a "Dual-Action Colon Cleanse" infomercial has me wondering if this kind of stuff is something I should consider?
I'm about one-year out of RNY gastrict bypass surgery.
Any thoughts?

I go with the Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal.  That is instant colon blow for me!

Hey dude,

In my opinion, I think all the colon cleansing fuss is just a way to sell things. I don't necessarily believe that we have food in our colons that is a year old like those infomercials tend to claim. I don't know though. I wouldn't waste the money unless you aren't able to go for a long period of time.

I work at a center where we perform colonoscopies.  I can tell you that after the colon prep that is used for the colonoscopy, the intestine is perfectly clean.  The Docs that perform the colonscopies don't believe in colon cleansing.

I also would wonder if our surgeon's would approve of one of these kits.
