Something amazing just occurred to me.
Since I drive with the heat blasting on high and I wear sweat shirts and sweaters all the time I can not deny that I have the same affliction. It seems to be common after WSL and may be related to rapid weight loss in general. I have heard several theories on why this happens. Some say it is due to a lack of insulation. Others claim it is the shock to your system. I suspect that it is more likely related to circulation changes. I think that our bodies use to pump blood to a much larger area and now with less miles to pump blood to the supply routes are still servicing the same lines with blood at the same volume and rate as before. But, before there were more layers with more insulation and more pipe so it took less heat pumped through them to stay warm. No one back at heating central has gotten the word yet to turn up the heat because we are not keeping in as much heat as before.
I understand that in time we will adjust to our new thermal losses and our bodies will correct for the lower heat retention so we won't feel cold anymore. I just keep my sleeping bag beside my couch ready for when I watch TV for now.

I have to agree with the other fellas on the hot/cold issue. I also used to sweat my arse off and now I am cold all the time. I will take that side effect all day long - nice trade off for losing the weight.
Good luck Ricco, good times and lots of weight loss is just around the corner for you. Your life is about to change in so many positive ways. You will ask yourself why you didn't do it sooner.

bro...you have NO idea!
when i was 450 lbs i thought i had a sweating disorder, but come to find out, no i was just fat.
i used to sweat profusely tieing my sneakers
i used to take a shower, dry myself off and be soaked again 2 mins later (and out of breath!)
i used to sweat profusely putting out the garbage in the freezing winter.
god forbid i eat food, or drink alcohol i would be soaked.
it was so embarrasing....
now 230+ lbs lighter, i was at a club last week dancing like a maniac (heavily intoxicated), i was wearing an undershirt, my hernia binder, a sweater AND my leather jacket and after making a fool of myself for an hour or so i left the dance floor completely dry...haha...i'm like an old lady now, always cold.
i'm so glad i took care of this while i was still young.
congrats....you're about to get your life back!!!
