Sunday Weekly Weigh in
Hi Guys,
I'm still hanging in at 194. Been a good week for eating right, but a high stress week. I recognize my need to get back to the gym - at least for the stress management part of it. The by product will be a broken stall. My plan is to go to the gym 3 times this week - Monday Wednesday and Friday.
What are your numbers this week? What have your successes been this week? What are you struggling with?

First full week since surgery. Down 11 lbs. this week. Early on no problem getting everything in. Last couple of days have not been so easy. Taking my pills in the morning seem to set me back almost an hour as I can't eat or drink for about 45 minutes after taking the pills.
All in all things seem to be improving every day. I had four ounces of grilled salmon for supper last night with no problems. So far I seem ok with milk, eggs, wendy's chili, light fruits, and salmon and fish. I got sick on chicken the day I left the hospital and haven't tried that yet. So far no dumping but I haven't pushed it yet.
