liquid diet...remind me again?
Greets everyone. Been quite a while since I've posted, but I'm sure some of you remember me.
Dr. put me back on 10 days of liquid to help "reset" me. I've gained 17 pounds from bottom, and really want to get back there. I've slipped back into eating too frequently, and some poor choices.
I've loaded up the chicken broth, miso soup, zero cal waters and jell-o,along with about 4 types of protein. Anyone have any favorites they remembered from their time on liquids only?
Thanks, bros.

My NUT/Surgeon allowed me to have well cooked cereal as one of the bread/cereals options on my full liquid diet. Those cereals include cream of wheat, cream of rice, farina, or coco wheats.
I grew up on coco wheats and had gotten away from it over the years, so when i tried them again, they were perfect for me.

I've found a product called Protein 2Go at Rite-Aid - made by the Designer Whey folks. They carry two flavors in a little packet to pour into a bottle of water. 50 calories, 10 grams protein. The orange flavor tastes like a creamsicle ... I'm not so fond of the pomegranate/berry flavor but it's different. Usually $1.79 a packet, but they were on sale for $1.29, so I ordered a couple boxes of 10 per box to have on hand.
