X post: Going the Extra Mile

Well today I rode my bike for the longest distance ever - 40 miles!

Feels good to now consider myself as an active person - not a couch potato.

thats gett'n to be serious riding Dan.  I'l  try 35 mi today.  Down the Mt Vernon trail to Mt Vernon than back to DC - Great ride along the river.
