Im back even if my back isn't

I haven't been very active here because I re-injured one of the ruptured disks in my back. I have been tied up in bed for the most part. I have been through this many times before so I am sure that I will pop back to normal, just takes time to re-heal. Sorry that I have not been able to be as active here and I really want to thank Joe for launching Manly Monday this month. I am sure that by next month I will be back up and about.
