Saturday's F.A.R.T
Last night I'm in a neighborhood gay bar (yeah I am) when this woman (to pretty to be a lesbian) comes up to me and asks how often do I bike and or run because my legs are so muscular (I was wearing shorts) and I looked so fit. So I kind of gave her my workout routine and told her I had recently lost a lot of weight. She asked if I had weight loss surgery and I said I had. Well she had lap band this past january and has given up with the program. We spent an hour talking and I gave her my number and told her to keep in touch. It felt really good to have someone come right out the blue and give me a positive comment about my body. I kind of floated during my run this morning.
Brian,
When I was being wheeled into surgery I made a vow, that since I was blessed enough to have the surgery I would do everything I could to help others. I've never forgotten that vow I took nor will I. Not only do I feel good on the outside now, but by helping others I feel good inside. Thank you for the A+
