Evening Hunger
I am having a hell of a time controlling hunger at night. Around 8PM every night I get the urge to eat everything in the house! I've tried exercise, water, coffee, unsweetened juice, sugar free pudding, etc. and I still have the hunger at night. It was so bad last night, I got up and went to bed at 9:30 (WAY early for me). I figured if I was unconcious maybe I wouldn't eat.
Any suggestions?

Allow a few calories/protein grams for an evening snack as a part of your eating plan. I don't notice any protein in your list above; eat an ounce of something high in protein and it will work on your hunger.
Another thing I am doing is using some Bariatric Advantage chewable calcium (lemon and chocolate flavors), and during the evening while watching TV or at the computer, I have my supplements as a (relatively speaking) sweet treat.

Evening eating was always my biggest problem.. For me.. I ate late because I felt that I had an unrewarding day.. so the food was my reward. I even started going to bed earlier to avoid late eating. For whatever reason.. it has become less of a problem.

I have had the same problem, but I realize for me it is just out of boredom or habit. It's what I've always done. So now I only have sugar free Popsicles after dinner if I want a late night snack and it has worked really well. Yes I may have 5 or 10 Popsicles but it does keep me on the up and up.

You should have a nutritous snack. You can tailor the snack to what type food you may be craving. For example, you may want low cal pop corn if you want something crunchy. Another possiblility for that would be low cal whole wheat toast or bread with a low fat butter substitute. i.e., I use light whole wheat bread that is 45 cal per slice. If you want something that will occupy your for a while, try a salad with SF/FF dressing. You may even want to add some nuts or meat to it. Of course, you can have approved fruit especially berries or grapes.
