DUMPING
Dumping is about having a bout of HYPOGLYCEMIA, OR A ATTACK OF SAME, a pancreatic (production of insulin)response to a sudden increase in blood sugar due to YOU dumping carbs directly into you intestinal track , crashes you glucose level to very low, and you stay sic****il your liver replenishes the glucose, except after a while your stored glucose range in you liver is decreased or non sufficient, and you really are sick. Peanut butter is a nice placenta during dumping.
Hercules is right, you are not experiencing "dumping syndrome" What you are experiencing is irritated pouch which can lead to the foamies (regurgitation). Your pouch can get irritated by some foods or by too much food. Either way the result is the same. you feel sick and miserable and usually feel better if you regurgitate some out. I get pouch irritation from some foods, white meat chicken being one of the worst offenders. Seems chicken gets stuck in my pouch, as does white bread. I just avoid the foods that don't agree with me. As for rice, as another poster related, I avoid that too.
Some people also experience problems with fatty foods upsetting their pouch and digestive track. I have this problem as well. If I eat too fatty of food I get diarrhea and stomach pains may also get the foamies. I definitely avoid fatty and/or fried foods because of this.
Dumping is an excess of sugars rapidly dumped into the blood stream. The effect is a flushed feeling with almost heart attack like heart racing type symptoms. I still dump at two years out on sugars. It can take me hours to feel normal again after a dumping session. No amount of puking will help this, in my experience.
Carbs give me excess gas and abdominal pains. I from time to time sneak in to many carbs, but I pay for it. Recently I have decided to watch my carbs closer, and life much more comfortable.
I view all of these as having a built in way to stay the course and stay on track. Because of them I do not eat fatty foods, sugars or as much food as I use to. It may seem like a curse to to others but it is a blessing to me.

I used to get "foamies" on chicken until I discovered beer butt chicken on the grill. It makes chicken so tender that it pretty much melts in my mouth. White, dark, doesn't matter...it's all super soft. I don't eat chicken any other way now.
As far as dumping, the only thing I cannot tolerate is sugar in liquid. Such as coke or kool-aid. I'll get weak and nauseated for a couple of hours.
