Due to my disdain for over use of this word it is not one I use too often but in this case it is appropriate:  Dude that is AWESOME!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

A marathon is truly an accomplishment! Great work.

Some day, far in the future, I hope to to at least a 10K. What is that, a tenth of a marathon? And that enough scares the hell out of me!

Grats!

Thanks everyone for celebrating with me.

Lonestar,  I started out with 5ks, then moved to a 10k which is a little more than a 1/4th of a marathon.  Then, trained for the half marathon and after I made that I had enough courage to try the full.  It's so fun to be able to run after getting tired just walking from the car to my office.
