Random FART-
Since I' m down this week, I did a BMI calculation out of curiosity. One more pound I would have hit 164- at my height that would get me out of the "overweight" category and into the "normal" one. Not that I'm trying, or planning on staying at this weight for any length of time, or using BMI as a hardcore benchmark, but I thought that it was kinda cool and thought I'd share....

Noob question... Whats a FART? lol In Ontario board they show NSV for Non Scale Victory (new clothes size, crossing legs, special complements, etc).
