Sleeve in Juarez???

I went to Juarez in May 08 to have the sleeve done with Dr Arturo Rodriguez but due to a momumental insurance screw up left Juarez without the surgery. I had no problems with Dr Rodriguez per se. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
