Tailbone pain?!
My arse is killing me! I think I've read on OH in the past that tailbone pain is common. But hey, I still have at least 60 lb to lose. I still have plenty of padding. I bought a memory foam pillow to sit on when I do my exercise bike, but it's not helping.
Anyone else having this issue and what, if anything, is a solution? It's REALLY uncomfortable.

I've had tailbone pain for the last year (even before surgery). The only things I've found that help are 1) not sitting on it so much, which sucks cause I'm kinda lazy and 2) a funky square, flat pillow with a notch cut out of the back (similar to this).
I went to the doctor and he said there wasn't a lot he could do for me. He said his wife had tailbone pain and she took St. John's Wort and it helped her. I haven't tried it because I suck at remembering to take pills. He also suggested a chiropractor and/or accupuncture. I did the chiro thing for 4-5 visits, but it didn't really help much then I got laid off and couldn't afford it anymore. If I had the money I might try the chiropractor again... I'd even try the accupuncture. I just want it GONE. If you find anything that helps, pass it on! I will do the same. Good luck!

The only thing that's helped me is time. Oh, and sitting up straighter.
