Tailbone pain?!

I've had it for 6 months now :(  And, no end in site either.  IT hurts so bad!  I haven't resorted to a donut pillow b/c most of my time sitting is at work, and I'm not going to use it there no matter how bad it hurts.  I don't get to sit at home (too busy with kids).  Even laying in bed on my back hurts.  So, I lay on my sides and usually transfer sitting hip to hip.  I plan on talking with my Dr. next month at my 1yr appt, but I know he'll tell me what everyone else has suggested.  I can also feel my tailbone from the outside now.  I have zero padding now.

Go to a health food store and ask for homeopathic Hypericum 30C.  This is St. John's Wort in a
homeopathic form.  Google taking a homeopathic remedy for instructions on how to use it.  It is cheap and certainly can't hurt anything.  Homeopathics can really work.
