Does anyone have a Fill Dr in Mississippi or Louisianna for Mexican Patients

Hi I thought I had a fill dr all lined up and now apparently due to complications from a previous patient he wont do them anymore..I have found a couple but they dont do it under Flouro and that seems very important to me..Help????
