you can go to bettermd.com and ask that  or get the number and call them and ask.
I don't believe that do since they are freeze dried and in and air tight container. If it does then the expiration date would be  printed or embossed on the package or box.

I dont think they expire BUT my daughter had a whole bunch left from when she had her sugery last May.  Then my two sons both had surgery in December.  So when I talked to the dietician about ordering the pre op MD soups for my sons, she said they each had to order their own complete kit.  They would not let you order less that the required ( 4 weeks worth)....2 week pre op and 2 week post op.

When I had my surgery in 2009 (2 years ago) we only had to order the 2 week pre op, but now they make you order 4 weeks worth.

Hi...it's been a really, really long while since I've been on here.  Nothing much really changed until today.  Appointments, more appointments, and more appointments.  Same-oh-same-oh.  However, last week at work we had our annual open enrollment (boring enrollment) meeting.  Yesterday I updated all my paperwork, got a little depressed over my expenses increasing and my paycheck not behaving in like manner. 

Anyways, I couldnt STAND it anymore and broke my own rule...I called the insurance company today.  After some poking around, the rep said they had given the thumbs up.

I about fell out of my chair.  They only got the file from the surgeon a little over a week ago.  I called the surgeon's office and left a message, and I actually said:  "Hi, this is Traci and I know I just spoke to you a few days ago...I promised, I'm not a stalker..." blah blah balh.

Surgery is scheduled for the 17th of May.

Onward and upward.
