Hey Laurie, I was just going to ask the same thing. Haven't been on in about 3 years. Glad to hear everything is going well with you. I'm still stuck in the 160 lb range and am happy about that. I am also experiencing muscle cramping sometimes and increased my B12 and that seemed to help. Glad to see there are still old timers checking in on occasion.

I remember all too well the "Time to make the doughnuts" guy.... I just loved that commercial and I joke about that all the time when I have to be at work REALLY early..... My kids don't get it either, maybe we are getting old... LOL.....
Totally love that you have named your pouch.... I just call mine my tiny tummy... I had a piece of sausage at work today for breakfast, then for lunch I had a slice of BBQ chicken pizza and then some tomato soup for dinner... not much protein today, but I will make up for it another day, I am not good at that end, but my labs always come back OK... and I just had them drawn about 6 weeks ago... so I am all good for this year... LOL....
We are on Spring break here this week and will be heading to Frankenmuth for the next 3 days... The kids are geeked and I can't wait to get away for a few days.... It is also hubby's birthday so we are going to be doing something special for dinner on Wednesday night..... I think I may even tell them it is his birthday so that they will embarrass him... LOL.....
Have a good week....

I have today and tomorrow left on my externship and then I will be looking for a job. The time sure went fast. My daughter just found a great job in a Doctors office in Flint. I hope I am just as fortunate. I am glad I went to school and I am glad she was there with me for part of the time. I hope I can find an Medical Assistant job close to home with the price of gas.
Have a great day
Up at 5 to take the great niece to Dunkin Donuts for her job. "Time To Make The Donuts" LOL she didn't even get it when I said that to her. I must be getting old!
got a cup of sugar free capachino with skim milk. Will do some protein powder and cottage cheese later. Stitch(my pouch) is just a little finicky lately. He seems to be on a strawberry kick. I could eat em for every meal of the day!
How is it going in your neck of the woods?
