Lunch ~ Diet Greet Tea and Beef Broth
Snack ~ Sugar Free Jello and Low Sugar GatorAid Mixed with the lovely Miralax for my scope tomorrow...
Dinner ~ Beef Broth and lots more of the miralax..... Not looking forward to my evening in the bathroom... LOL....

Breakfast 1/4 cup yougert with some fresh fruit and a half piece of toast with pb
snack-cheese stick
lunch- chicken stew with quinoa
snack-none
dinner- chicken breast, squash, quinoa salad
I still measure my food but I don't count carbs or calories. Only for the first 3 months did I do that. I would like to make up my meals ahead of time and freeze them like I used to. I got away from that. It seemed to help me a lot. My taiste buds and pouch have changed again. Somethings I loved I can no longer tolerate.

breakfast- grapes

lunch- tilapia w/ veggies
afternoon snack- string cheese w/ grapes
dinner- hamburger [no bun] w/ cheese
evening snack- low carb yogurt
This gives me around 80g of protein and 54g of carbs.
