Good Morning!!!!! Water, what a powerful part of our daily diet.  Did you know that our water intake directly relates to our metabolism rate?  Yes, it helps to maintain a higher metabolism and therefore helps to shed those pounds.  So folks let's all try today to get a min. of 64oz of water through-out the day!!!!!  Plain, SF flavoring, Tea's. You can do it!!!!Good luck and remember your worth every effert you put into this journey.  You are all winners no matter where you are at in this journey. Troy

Great post, Troy! We all need to be reminded to keep up with the liquids, especially now that the weather is (was) getting warmer.  My doc told me that I need to increase my water intake during the spring/summer months, especially if I'm going to be outside, so that I don't get dehydrated. You are such a great cheerleader for everyone.  Have you ever considered being a motivational speaker????  I bet you'd be great at it! Happy Thursday All, Debi

Good post Troy, This is so true, and I've never been one to ever get my water in........I have worked up to 60 oz. I'm trying for 80 oz. Yesterday I was Spring cleaning and lost track of time and before I knew it the clock said 4:00pm. and I only had in 40 oz.  No wonder I was loosing steam half way through the day........Water is so important. Kelly, What I do every day is; I have a 24oz water bottle and each time i fill it up I say this ones for Toby my son, I fill up the next one and say this ones for Sawyer, Then I fill up the last one for the day and say this ones for Kenzie.  This helps me to get through the hard times when i really don't feel like drinkin.  I drink my water for me and for my kids. Troy~I would have to agree tha****er is so very important!  Not only does it help our metabolism, but it also helps to flush out all of the junk that we stored in our fat that is being released due to our weightloss.  I agree that everyone should push for 64 ounces of water a day, but for those who already do that I challenge you to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces (i.e. I weigh 188 so I would need 91 ounces) which is what I have heard we need to stay fully hydrated.  ~Nicole

Thanks for posting this.....Great reminder of yet another benefit of something so simple as drinking the proper amount of water.  I cannot give up all of my coffee, and because of caffeine's dehydrating affect, I add an ounce of water for every ounce of coffee I drink to make sure I get it all in every day. Great post!!!!  Good to see you on the boards...... XXOO
