What a difference a year makes!!!!
Happy Surgiversary to me!!!! WOW -- a year sure flew by!!! And what a lot of changes.
1. I've lost 69 inches from my head to my toes
2. I've lost 107 pounds
3. I've gone from a tight 20 (should have been in a 22) to a 2 (some 0's)
4. I've gone from 3X shirts to extra small
5. I feel better than I did at age 40 (I'm close to 52)
6. I can out last running around with my 8 year old grandson
7, I've made a few WONDERFUL friends
8. I love spreading the word about WLS!!!
