Fed up with UMN
So I finally completed all of my insurance requirements for surgery. At UMN you can then schedule a surgery date. I can't get a hold of the surgery scheduler. I have been calling for 3 days and she never answers or returns my call. The Nurse Coordinator who I've talked to before does not accept messages on her phone for some reason. The other nurse coordinator is out until Wednesday. If I call the main number I will just get a scheduler in another building.
I want to have my surgery this year.
When I had insurance questions I called the scheduler for 2 weeks and even sent a letter which she claimed she never got. She never called me back. She finally answered the phone.
I know I've complained about this before (her inaccessibility) but I'm not sure what to do now. I'm sooooo angry. I can't get a hold of anyone.
Any suggestions? I'm ready to start all over at another clinic at this point.

I would recommend you call the office number and talk to whoever answers the phone and let them know of your frustration. They should be able to connect you with someone that can help you!
Good luck and keep trying. It'll be worth it. Plus once you have the surgery scheduled, you won't have to deal with the scheduler anymore.
