Sugar Free Jello -- Eagan coffee goers

I have tons of sugar free jello that I bought pre-surgery. I really despise sugar free jello and have found I hate it even more post-surgery. I have no clue why I thought I'd actually eat it.

Is there anyone that is going to be at the Eagan coffee who would like my stash of sugar free jello? I think I have 10 or more boxes, assorted flavors.

Let me know and I'll bring it along.

I hated it post surgery too-- then remembered that pre-surgery, I often added a healthy squirt of lemon juice  to cut the sweetness.  Seems to make it taste more like regular Jello.

I'll take the Jell-o!  Between me and the rest of my diabetic family we will truly enjoy it.  I am so excited to see you on Saturday!!  I will e there with bells on my fingers and toes!

Save it - you may find, as I did, that some things seemed super sweet right after surgery.  Not as much as time passes.  I used to gag on my chewable vitamins!!
