It's a Brand New Year! Let's celebrate! ***FIRST EVER FOOD THREAD***
Okay, you have heard about it and it's time to kick off the new year! Our board is geared up and ready to go, I can just feel that we will be FINE in '09 (right, Edi?!)!!!
So this is the first Food thread. Lisa Joy had started the Fitness thread a week ago and we agreed to keep the two separate. Different accountability. If we need to combine at some point, please let us know and we will do that.
The format of a food thread is typically as follows:

*Not everyone is going to have all the snacks - I just wanted you to get a feel for how to post. If you'd prefer to post your meal times, please do so.
Keep in mind this is the MN board's first stab at a daily food thread. So if at any time, you feel there could be improvements made, feel FREE to let me know! This is for the benefit of all members here - it's everyone's thread! I've just agreed to post it each night.

L-1/2 pack Tuna with light miricle whip
S-Fiber one bar
D- toast with p-butter &Jelly (Tomorrow will be a better choice!)
S- small bag 94% fat free popcorn
extra snack: SF popsicle

B- 1/2 C cream of wheat with one pack of splends and a dash of skim milk
L- 3 oz of a Salamon patty/cake
light mayo for dipping
S- 1/4 Cup of nuts.
D- 1/2 C of creamy turkey/veggie home made soup
crust of a brown and serve roll (insides peeled out)
S- 1 TBLSP of mixed nuts.
Liquids for the day also included-
17 oz of diet citrus green tea
17 oz of aquafina water w/ raspberry ice crystal lite.
10 oz of water.
6 oz of Skim milk.
Total of only 50 oz of liquids.
Total calories 978
Total proteins- 40 grams

L: 10 small meatballs, 2 tsps lingenberry sauce, gravy
D: 2 manwich sandwiches (split one bun)
And lots of water, water, water
B(reakfast) Weight Control Oatmeal; 1/2 fat free yogurt
S(nack) 8 ounces skim milk (over course of an hour because of sugar)
L(unch) Couple bites of salad & glass of wine while at lunch with friend;
then 4 turkey sticks with 1 hard boiled egg when I got home.
S(nack) 8 ounces skim milk
D(inner) Center (insides) of Taco Bell cheesy beefy melt (with no rice)
S(nack) Sugar free popcycles
At least 100 ounces of water (32 ounces to combat the morning coffee I have).
