Let us know if you did it today!
I went on a short walk outside with my daughter and our two dogs!  It was wonderful!  That fresh fallen snow is so remarkable in so many ways!

I hit the gym this morning!  Today was the first time I actually finished a 5K during my morning walk.  Hopefully this will be the first of many times that this will happen.
I also took the kindergartners out for recess at noon time- that is always ian interesting adventure with the fresh snow!  When do kids learn not to eat the snow???

I did!! I did!! Biggest loser style. It was great to get out my aggression towards the horrible commute home. Can you believe it took me 1 1/2 hours to get home. Generally it only takes me 15 mins.

I went to the St Paul Lifetime Fitness tonight. What a depressing place.

For some reason, my body could only do about 30 minutes on the treadmill but at least I got out and did it.

Got a couple of laps through the condo hallways, then my Monday night Pilates class- took me nearly an hour to get there- usual drive time is 15 minutes.  A mini-WOW for me is that I can get down on the floor (and more importantly UP again!) much more easily now, and can even do the 'walk out' to a semi plank position from standing.  I could not do that before surgery!

Time has escaped me these past couple of days, and it's not looking great for tonight - unless I can squeeze in laundry and a workout after the chillun**** the hay..  SHOULD BE DO-ABLE!
