I was putting some clothes together to sell on Ebay and LAFoster was there helping me photograph them.  I want going through some pants and she asked if I had any pants that were from my heaviest.  I didn't think I did, but found a pair on my sewing machine that I had ripped the butt seam on.  (Needless to say, they don't need to be mended now!)  Anyway, I put these pants on and just could not believe where I have come.  I know that I have have lost 135 pounds, but it really didn't sink in until I put these pants on and I realized, "Crap, I wore these just a few months ago!"  My life has changed so much since I started this journey, and not just from the weight loss.  I have gained my life back in so many ways.  I also have had the opportunity to meet so many great people and make some great lasting friendships.  RNY truly saved my life!

The new picture is in my profile pics and is my avitar!!

First Congratulations! You look amazing and happy. We can all retaliate to the emotions that go with the WLS.  My husband and I had the gift of thishis was over 4 years ago,  he try ed on a pair of shorts before his surgery and both he and I can fit in them. I'm not afraid to share that he cry ed when it hit him how far he has came with this.  You are so right about the opportunity to meet so many great people. I was fortunate to have met some of them Saturday night @ Kellys birthday party and feel so lucky!!
