TUESDAY: How ya movin' today?
So how are ya or how did ya move today??
Me? I plan to hit the Wii Fit for a half hour. It's feeling neglected!

Not much in the 'moving' department-- but I did have my initial assessment with my personal trainer this morning at 7 AM! I tell ya, getting out of bed at 6 with the windchills of -22 was really hard!
It was a little disheartening to learn that my 'body age' is 5 yrs older than my chronological age-- but good to learn that my flexibility is in the Good range,(thank you, Pilates!) and my biceps strength is Fair.
I have my first training session tomorrow afternoon!--Numbers can only improve from now on!

Way to go!! 5+ years is not too bad!! And you are right, it can only get better from here!
Hey! How did the move go? I ended up having to work on Sunday, which I usually get off... so that was a bummer. I can't wait to see your new place some day! :)
Hopefully I will be able to do a little tonight when I get home. I blew out my knee while on the road last week and it is still pretty sore, but maybe something that doesn't involve alot of impact...LOL
Maybe some crunches and some pushups and some of the free weights for now...
