Oh--funny, funny man!  Gotta lovethose pelvic thrusts! 4 am!!  I thought I was all virtuous getting up at 6 for my training assessment at 7-- oh, the shame!

I hit the gym this morning for my normal routine- 30 minute walk, 15 min. bike ride, and 30 min. on the eliptical.  I have started to take weekends off from the gym- but still walk at least one day at home.  It is amazing how good I feel when I am done each morning!!
I am hoping to do an indoor 5K very soon!

I did the gym with a personal trainer.  I just need to keep it up and stop whining - will this ever happen???
