TUESDAY: How ya movin' today?
I hit the gym this morning for my normal routine- 30 minute walk, 15 min. bike ride, and 30 min. on the eliptical. I have started to take weekends off from the gym- but still walk at least one day at home. It is amazing how good I feel when I am done each morning!!
I am hoping to do an indoor 5K very soon!
