Met with my personal trainer-- 20 minutes cardio, and an hr of strength training-- will try to get another 30 minutes of walking in today, work schedule permitting (lots of deadlines looming, and I feel like I am permanently attached to my computer desk!)
I did a 40 min brisk walk outside with my puppy, Stella. It was wonderful with the crisp air in my lungs and sun shining on my face. It was somewhat strength training also, holding back a 5 mth old puppy from running the entire time. :-)
