How are we moving our bodies today?

I will be at work.. which means 2 straight hours of walking/running.

How about you?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Well, I will be walking the halls of my school today....checking on students...not too strenuous, but at least I am moving....

Met with my personal trainer-- 20 minutes cardio, and an hr of strength training-- will try to get another 30  minutes of walking in today, work schedule permitting (lots of deadlines looming, and I feel like I am permanently attached to my computer desk!)

I have walked 2.5 miles so far today, all outdoors.  WooHoo!

I got up this morning and did 35 mins on the treadmill.  A little over 2 miles.  I also did crunches and pushups.

I did a 40 min brisk walk outside with my puppy, Stella.  It was wonderful with the crisp air in my lungs and sun shining on my face.  It was somewhat strength training also, holding back a 5 mth old puppy from running the entire time. :-)
