SAT: How are you moving today?
How's everyone doing this Saturday? Are you relaxing and taking some time to yourself or are you getting somethings done... maybe getting together with friends?
Me? Coffee in the morning and then good ol' work!
How do you plan to move today? There's no better way to make your day better than to add some movement to it!!
ME?
I am going to try the 30 min. at night walk or gym. I have been really really dizzy lately so working out has been tougher than I'd like.

I hope that dizzy thing goes away! Maybe you need to visit the doc???
I got my new home gym put together and did my first workout this morning. I started with 10 mins on the treadmill, did 2 sets of each station on the system and then did 20 on the eliiptical. Man, do I feel great! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pumped to be able to do weights at my house rather than going to the Y. So many excuses not to go the the Y!
I hope that dizzy thing goes away! Maybe you need to visit the doc???

I started weight lifting at the gym and my arms are sore!!! I am moving muscles that have been deeply hidden for a long time. My SIG OT laughs at me, yeah because he can! But, that's a whole different topic LOL.
Today's moving will consist of going to suck face with Annie (CPR class). She best not need chest compressions because the woman will just have to die if she is depending on my arms to save her LOL
By Monday I should be ok, oh and my butt bones holy hell! I rode a bike at the gym not again! well with out more padding, my bones ache there too- what a mess I am lol, I sit down very slowly- no plopping for this gal.
mumbles on how it is all worth it in the end.

I'm finally getting a little pep back.....I plan to go on the treadmill once today, and do the home gym for 20 minutes....
We take for granted our health......Being sick this week really kicked my butt......I actually missed doing my workouts....
Crazy huh? I can't wait to get back to my schedule of workouts.....
I noticed this weekend that my legs are really getting toned from all the walking....When you see the results it makes the exercise worth it.......
I just wish someone lived close and we could go workout together.....I think having a workout partner would be so much fun.....
