I got it!

Well I did as many have told me to, I called HP every day. Well today I talked to the sweetest customer service rep. She called the person that was reviewing my pre authorization and I was approved today!!!! That means only 5, well almost 4 days until surgery. I'm utterly amazed. Thanks to all that gave me the courage to keep calling.

Yep, no need to worry about surgery. I had my mind wrapped around the insurance approval. Now I suppose I will worry about the surgery.
