Oh Linda, I am so very sorry to hear this... You know I lost my dad to emphysema a little over 7 years ago, so I know about the battles he and your whole family have fought. It's a very unpleasant way for a life to come to it's end, but I hope you can find peace in knowing he is no longer suffering.

You've been such a good friend to me, PLEASE let me know if there's anything I can do for you throughout the coming days, weeks and beyond...

(I just realized, today would have been my folk's 60th wedding anniversary... )
