update on me
Well I went for my surgical consult yesterday with Dr. Benn...that went really good. Then Gina said....okay I have everything I need, I will be sending this to HealthPartners tomorrow (which is today)
Now I have that wait....did I mention that I am so not a patient person??? I really don't like this waiting one darn bit...yikes!!

The waiting game is hard, but it's worth it! It'll be here before you know it!
Call call call! That is all I have to say. I called and got a wonderful lady that helped things along, well atleast looked into it and I had a approval by the afternoon of talking to her 4 days after they submitted. I will also mention that I did get one guy that wasn't very nice but all of the rest of the people I spoke with were very nice and helpful.

Thanks for the feedback Jamie.. I think I'm going to call today since I've been patient and waited since Tuesday morning when the WLS officed called me and told me they had submitted. She said I had everything i needed and they required and I shouldn't have any problems being approved.

You saw me?? How cool...I am sure you saw my friend with me too huh?? We are so crazy!!! Well Dr. Benns office said that they submitted it on Thursday, So I will start callind on Monday..he he.

My surgeon's office submitted my papers to Medica on Monday afternoon. I've called twice this past week and all I've heard is "it's being reviewed". I will most likely call again this Monday. I work as a customer service phone rep so I've learned how to handle getting what I want... and if I don't, I call back to get someone else!
