Elena,

I'm really loving my new bike.....We plan to take a family bike ride tonight, I may also take one today myself......

This morning I worked out on the home gym for 1/2 hour......

I'm going to have breakfast and then go on the treadmill for 30 min.

Busy day today, it's Marty's last day at his job in Big Lake. I'm surprising him with a big cake for all employees to enjoy. He was promoted to another job at a different facility in Coon Rapids.

After breakfast, I'm heading to the gym for some cardio and strength training!

I'm currently in New Jersey. I landed in Philadelphia late Thursday, rented a car and then drove to Fort Dix, New Jersey. I got here early Friday and met up with my husband fresh off the plane back from Iraq!!
Yesterday was pretty much a family day, but for the next 5 days or so he will go through 'deployment 'stuff'. As long as he's busy all day, I'm heading to the gym on the Air Force base that we're staying on. WOW is it nice! I spend 60 minutes on the elliptical and bike...EACH! Plus about 30 minutes of weight lifting machines. Some of the bikes and elliptical machines in their gym, have a TV as part of the machine, and I love HGTV!
Now living out a hotel for a week... With my husband busy... I need to make myself accountable by working out and making good food choices...
Otherwise...
Boredom...
That's VERY bad for me.
I did bring my Bullet, and there is a refrigerator in the room. We also did stop at the Commisionary and get skim milk, FF yogurt and fruit, so I'm set with the protein cappuchinno I can mix for breakfast and the fruit shake for lunch after working out. I have fruit and nuts for a snack.
This way I'm down to only one meal a day that I will be going out to eat.
Just wish me luck on making good choices, as going out to eat is sometimes difficult.
