That is one heck of a year! You've gone through so much and always have such great advice, I forget it's only been a year for you.
You are looking wonderful. I'm so grateful to have met you at the beginning of my journey. You've been such an inspiration.

Thanks Kim!! No news on the job front. Still trying to decide what I want to do when I grow up!! Right now I am fighting the infection in my foot, so maybe this is a good thing.

I'm sitting at my desk at work crying over this post! You are incredible and have been through so much and are doing so well. I want it too!

I just found out that the required endoscopy I have to have as one of the "hoops" to jump before I'm scheduled, will have to be done at a hospital instead of their local clinic for procedures because of my weight. I'm tired of the humiliation and special accommodations.

Onward...

Mary-

I am looking forward to saving you a seat on the loser's bench. I guarantee you that all of the hoops are worth it. This tool has given me a new lease on life!

As for the endoscopy- be glad that your clinic cares enough about you to have you go to the hospital. They want you to be safe and as healthy as can be before you have surgery.

Please come and join us for coffee on a Saturday- the people I met there have been the best friends that a person could have on this journey!!
