Congrats Treece...where are you having surgery? I live in ST. Peters too..lol. I am 3 weeks out today and according to "my" scale this morning, I am down 23 lbs! Woo hoo for the date. It will be here before you know it.

Hey there... Thanks! I am having surgery at the St. Alexius Hosp on the southside. Nice to know that you are a fellow neighbor! Congrats on your loss so far, I bet that is so cool. I have lost a few pounds already on the liquid diet and its only my 3rd day..wow. Keep up the good work too.

Hi ya Treece, Congrats on the date. I did the liquid diet on my own just cuz I needed to lose 50 or so pounds before surgery, it wasnt easy but I did it and it really helped jumpstart my weightloss plus shrunk my liver to where surgery went really well (nov. 14) so if I can do it anyone can...you go gurl!!!!! Keep us all updated!! Andrew

Thanks Andrew... The liquid diet is not as bad as I thought. Drinking the broth tastes just like dinner.. so thats a good thing.. I appreciate the support!
