WHATS HAPPENING MONDAY
Good morning another day at work for a lot of you I know but Thank the Good Lord that you have a job. You know there are a lot of people out there would trade places with you in a heartbeat.
Today was supposed to have been Benny's surgery and I can't get him to answer any of my emails. The only person that I know of that has his phone number is Melissa. I got this really strong urge to call Melissa and see if she was ok. She said she had just got thru posting lol I guess that was what I was getting the vibe from. She said she would try to remember to call Benny to see what was going on with him. Another one I am wondering about is Tony. I wonder how he is doing getting his blood pressure down. He is to have surgery on Tuesday. I hope that goes ok for him.
We got half of the old fashioned mums dug and replanted. Anyone want a bunch of those? I have got enough to share with lots and lots of people. Anyone wants some let me know there are a lot. One whole section hasn't even been dug yet.
Susan you want a bunch of them? Will send them to you just email me your address and I will mail you all I can get in a box I have. Easy to plant just dig about a couple of inches down. And put them in and cover with straw or leaves or anything for the rest of the winter they should start growing good in the spring.
They are the old fashioned yellow ones and they will spread like crazy.
Sherr: how did you do in Jonesboro shopping? Did you know I lived there for a long time, quite a few years ago? My husband is from Truman do you know where that is?
Yeah I thought you probably could be sort of the dingy blonde at times. But we still love you.
So glad that Janet is getting better and now Melissa is better too. We will get all of them well one of these days.
Vesta: hi lady. You are a lady of few words aren't you? Glad you say hi to us every morning though.
Debbie M: better watch that blood sugar; it can do some bad things to you.
LOL you better watch Wyno she will probably stagger into something. Not too steady huh?
Just like her name sake about touching her drink huh. Don't mess with it or else. Peck on the hand this time no telling what else next time.
I don't think lapbanders have to give up much of anything as far as it making them sick. That is one reason that I chose the rny. Cause I knew that if I was allowed to eat everything I always did I would never lose anything. Lol There was a girl that swore she was not eating anything but her protein shakes with a lap band and wasn't losing anything, what she forgot to tell anyone was that she was making her protein shake with cho**** cream. Lol well duh/!!!!!Since it doesn't make you sick with a lap band she thought she was doing ok. Lol
Yes any of you that want to get in on the Christmas Card exchange please send you addresses to Melissa , she and Rachael are setting this up Please , Needs to be done in the next day or so so we can get them sent out.
Andrew: so how was the Church Christmas dinner? Lots of good things to eat im sure. Did you have a lot of temptation? Get thee behind me Satan .lol
Have you got someone in your church that will come over and plow up your garden spot for you this spring? You really don't need a lot of plants if the ground is really fertile to produce a lot of veggies except potatoes and corn. Those two need lots more room. Corn especially. You usually only get two ears for each plant that grows not a good return in my book.lol
All of that will help work off the excess weight too this summer . That is what im counting on too.
Craig says he is going to be there on the 19th with his sister Leta and his friend Jeff. I will am anxious to see him, well everyone really but I was Craig's angel and he is sort of special to me.
Tammie: good to see you. Oh how I wish I could draw or had some talent to be able to give people a present like that for Christmas. Would be so nice. You will have to put some of your work on a web site or on your pictures and let us all see it. I saw that one and it is fantastic.
Rachael: LOL had to laugh about you getting (rid of) your niece and nephew. Lol thanks for spurring Melissa on to post today. I called her while she was posting I guess and left her a message, she returned the call later and she sounds so much better. Stronger and more like Melissa doesn't she?
Patty: good to see you online and posting. Don't be a stranger girl. We like it when our pre ops become post ops and you never know when you may have some words of wisdom for a newbie or a pre op. Hope you are doing well .remember to sip sip and walk walk.
Im posting this before Monday morning but I need to get to bed and as tired as I am I might not get it posted early in the morning. I am going to try and sleep in for awhile in the morning.
I may go do some Christmas Shopping tomorrow but will probably wait until Wednesday. Is suppose to be pretty again then.
LOVE AND JOY AND PEACE ABOUNDS

Good morning Missouri......
I am at work and ready to hit the pavement running.......Hopefully we won't be too busy but then when it is not busy the day drags on.....
Yes, "getting rid" of the neice and nephew was a blessing, I love them to death but when you have two nine month olds, a two year old and an eight year old you could be ready to pull out your hair....actually my niece and nephew were wonderful it was my own two children that wanted to act a fool.....
Yes, I am so glad that Melissa finally got on here and posted.....I called her again last evening...and we talked for almost an hour and yes, she does sound like the old Melissa....I am so glad that she is doing better....
Yes, if anyone wants to participate in the card exchange please get the address to myself or Melissa so we can get the list complied and emailed to everyone....This is so much fun....I participated last year and I got a gang of cards from all over Missouri..
I hope that everyone has a wonderfully blessed day....
God bless
Rachael
Good morning everyone,
I will try and post before I am off to work this am. I am in charge today as my boss is sick so it will be a busy day. I had such a weekend, as my friend was in the hospital and still is in Columbia. Went up to see her on Sat, and she was not doing well and they moved her into ICU. She had back surgery ( degenerated discs). So if everyone will keep her in your prayers - Her name is Judy. I am so glad we have so many prayer warriors out there. Thanks each and everyone! Next week will be our get together in Sedalia. Hope all works out so we can get there including the weather. Have a good day. Glad to see each of you doing fine and so happy to see Melissa back. Colette
Goood Morning Missouri
Looks like its gonna be a rainy day today. It rained quite a bit during the night and is still raining this morning, well a light rain but it's still wet lol. Not much going on today since it's raining, prolly gonna help do a lil house cleaning and hopefully get to walk in between raining.
Yup Jan there was alot of goodies to eat at the christmas dinner. That's funny cuz when I was in line I said "get thee behind me satan" several heard me and laughed away LoL I did good tho, I put a spoonful of a few different things on my plate but wasnt able to eat very much of it at all. I drank a protein shake before I left the house, I did that on purpose so I wouldnt be hungry! As for my garden spot, Im gonna try to find a used tiller to til up the ground this spring. I doubt I plant taters or corn since they are starchy. I think read somewhere that corn doesnt digest to well in our pouches? Im not sure tho. I'll prolly plant things like tomatoes, onions, greenbeans, blackeyed peas, maybe try some cabbage, might even try a cantelope plant or watermelon plant to see how that goes. Im so lookin forward to this spring, like ya said it'll be some good excersise.
I'll give Susan your email addy and have her email ya, I know she'll love to have some mums to plant, we still have plenty of leaves to cover em with plus I can get some straw from the landlord.
Well Im gonna go get a protein shake and get my day started. Hope everyone has a good monday!!
Bless ya's,
Andrew

Hi Jan and everyone,

Glad to see Melissa back! Wish we'd hear from Wayne though....
Everyone have a wonderful evening

I'm asking for prayer for my hubby, he is gonna do a sleep test tomorrow for his sleep apnea. My prayer is for them being able to find something that will help make the hubby more comfortable when he sleeps! I already know he has it! The drs just have to see it for themselves...lol I always said growing up that my Dad and 2 brothers could raise the roof when snoring.....all them together can't compete with the hubby ....lol
My oldest Brother died back in 97 from cancer and when my Mom was in her last days a fews years ago my hubby and I went out there, to CA to be with her...she died after we left but my point is while there my hubby and my younger brother were in the waiting room, both had fallen asleep....before they had nodded off my brother was bragging saying that he hopes he doesn't keep my hubby awake with his snoring, my hubby bragging back ah, you won't bother me, trust me...I just smiled! When I came back from my Mom's room....my little brother was gone. I asked my hubby where my
brother was and he said he didn't know. We just thought he went home even though it was like a 2 hour drive. Awhile later my brother came in, he was laughing and doing the
to my brother saying that he was the god of snorers!! My hubby just laughed and said I told ya so! My brother laughed and said you aren't kidding!
My brother said it was so bad that he had to go to the main waitng room and had to ask security if he could sleep down there. They told him that they weren't suppose to let anyone sleep down there, after my brother explained, they let him, it was the middle of the night and I guess they had to go to the waiting room where my hubby was sleeping just to see it for themselves...I guess they all had a good laugh...my poor hubby! My brother asked me how did I get sleep? I just laughed and said...why do you think I look so aged....lol I use an a/c in the summer and a industrial fan in the spring and fall, in the winter I use a large humidifier to drown him out!! Love & Prayers to all...Deb
